RETURNS

PLANET AIRICH will accept returns or exchanges for a full refund minus shipping under the following:

• A request for a return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of the order.
• All items that are returned or exchanged must be received in new, original and unused condition.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our returns department.
• Any item that is worn, damaged or altered in anyway will be denied credit or exchange.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason.
• Upon receiving of the item you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking and you would like to return it contact planetairich@gmail.com for instructions.

 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN ARRIVE?

Your return should reach us in 3 working days and will be processed shortly after this. If it's been longer, please contact our customer service planetairich@gmail.com with a proof of return (collection receipt or drop off slip).
